Stroke Nursing service here for you!

Patient engaging in Stroke Nursing Service

Adjusting to life after a stroke can be challenging.

Strokes often come out of the blue, with very little warning time before the sudden onset of symptoms and can affect anyone at any time.

Trying to make sense of what’s happened or coming to terms with the fact that some of things that came easy before may not be so easy now, can be difficult.

But luckily, you don’t have to go it alone.

At The Hospital Research Foundation Group – Stroke, we have a team of dedicated professionals who are there to help you when you need it.

Our Stroke Nurse Specialist offer one-on-one support, helping you understand your diagnosis, manage symptoms, and improve your quality of life.

Whether it’s managing symptoms like limb weakness, changes to memory, or providing emotional support, our team is here for you at absolutely no cost.

When you meet with our nurse, they will guide the discussion and assessment based on your individual circumstances. They’ll offer education, advice and work with you to create a care plan.

Don’t wait to get the help you deserve! To find out more, head to our Stroke Nursing Service page or give us a call on 1800 644 189.
