Our Stroke Nurse Specialists offer one-on-one support, helping you understand your diagnosis, manage symptoms, and improve your quality of life. With an open referral system, you can easily refer yourself or a loved one. Whether it’s managing symptoms like limb weakness, changes to memory, or providing emotional support, our team is here for you at no cost.

Once referred, you’ll receive a confirmation letter in the mail. A nurse will contact you to arrange an appointment and advise you of the next steps and things to bring to your appointment.
The initial visit takes approximately 1-2 hours, with no strict time limit to ensure your concerns are fully addressed.
